Here’s this week's round up of Bookmarked Recipes and this week we have some more great recipes from some more great bloggers. This week’s round up is being hosted by me, Chris from Mele Cotte.
Ning (Heart and Hearth) begins our round up with Clams in Wine Sauce (Palourdes Marinieres), a recipe taken from Cuisine-France. Unable to find fresh muscles, quick thinking, clams, and a few prawns brought the dish to life.
Arika (My Yummy Life) made Coconut, Macadamia, and Golden Raisin Cookies from The Life and Loves of Grumpy's Honeybunch. Although she really wasn’t looking to make cookies, at 90 calories a piece, she couldn’t resist!
My buddy, Ben (What's Cooking?), puts tradition spaghetti to shame with his Spaghetti with brown butter. Peter’s (Kalofagas) posting of this pasta dish helped Ben solve his lunchtime dilemma.

Christine (Kits Chow) transports us to Southwestern Europe and made ">Frango na pucara, Portuguese/Chicken Casserole. A dish from World Cuisine: Portugal, Vol. 9 of The World Cookbook Collection helped her remember her visit to Portugal.
Lastly, I (Chris from Mele Cotte) found another way to include pine nuts in my cooking with Pine Nut & Raisin Cookies (Zaletti) from the Italianissimo Cookbook.
[If I have inadvertantly left anyone out, please let me know and I will make the appropriate changes. Thanks!]
Thanks everyone for your submissions!!! It's always exciting to see what people have been making and recreating as well as meeting some new bloggers.
Next week’s round up will be hosted by Siri P of Siri's Corner.
